Soften the adhesive

  • Position the tip of the heat gun 2–3 inches above the device.

  • The exposure time may change depending on the adhesive, temperature, and the distance between the heat gun and the device.

  • Move the heat gun along the area where the adhesive is located.

  • Always keep the heat gun in motion, and never leave it over one spot for too long—doing so could damage the device.

  • If the adhesive that needs softening is small, still keep the heat gun in motion, moving it around in little circles.

  • Some adhesives require multiple heating and prying cycles in order to loosen. Be patient to get the job done correctly and not quickly.

Positionnez la buse du pistolet à air chaud 5 à 8 cm au-dessus de l'appareil.

Le temps d'exposition peut varier en fonction de l'adhésif, de la température et de la distance entre le pistolet et l'appareil.

Déplacez le pistolet à air chaud sur la zone où se trouve l'adhésif.

Gardez-le toujours en mouvement et ne le laissez jamais trop longtemps sur un même endroit, car cela pourrait endommager l'appareil.

Si l'adhésif à ramollir est de petite taille, déplacez tout de même le pistolet en formant des petits cercles.

Certains adhésifs nécessitent plusieurs cycles de chauffage et de levier pour se détacher. Soyez patient pour que le travail soit fait correctement et non rapidement.
